No Kings Brings the Energy to Lambertville!

Lambertville was alive on Saturday, Oct. 18, as more than 3,000 people came together for the “No Kings” event, a colorful, peaceful protest against the Trump administration’s ongoing attacks on democracy. The crowd was a sight to see: activists decked out in red, white, and blue, flags waving high, mingled with creative “mourners” and “spirits” symbolizing the fight to keep our rights alive.

Organizers called it No Kings II, part of a national, nonviolent movement standing up to growing authoritarianism – and Lambertville showed up in style! Delaware Dems were proud to join in, marching alongside neighbors and friends to make their voices heard for democracy and freedom.
